Results will be released only to the client or an authorized representative upon presentation of written authorization and valid ID.
The Institute is implementing a CASH PAYMENT POLICY. The services being requested will be provided only upon presentation of the official receipt.

Instructions on the Day of Appointment

Please proceed to the Central Avenue Gate of the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute and present your valid ID to the security guard.

For Microbiological and Cytogenetic Analysis:

Wait for the Biomedical Research Section staff at the designated clients’ waiting area.
Fill up the job order application form and pay the service fee to the mobile cashier.
For microbiological analysis, a biomedical research section staff will check and receive the sample.
For Cytogenetic analysis, a medical technologist will collect your blood sample.
Claim the result on or after the indicated date of release of result.

For Payment of Training Fee:

Wait for the Nuclear Training Section Staff at the designated clients' waiting area.
Present your Statement of Accounts and pay the training fee to the mobile cashier.
